Shipping Policy

Need your DesignRepublic order delivered? No problem! We can make that happen whether you live locally in the Greater Toronto Area, in Southern Ontario, anywhere in Canada or the continental United States. Our shipping program is pretty simple and is based on where you live.

  • Curbside pickup FREE at the warehouse or retail store
  • Downtown Toronto $115
  • Greater Toronto Area $125 - $250
  • Beyond the GTA, we'll quote your specific situation.

Pickup at the warehouse or retail store is an option as well. You can select this option at check out and then we’ll work out the details once your order is ready.

Returns Policy

At DesignRepublic, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. Please note that sizes are approximate. Variation in wood colour and grain is part of the appeal of wood products, and are not considered defects. Wood and other materials frequently contain knots, cracks, insect and tool marks and are not considered defects and rather enhance the uniqueness of each piece.

While we attempt to only work with top quality delivery firms, shipping damages can occur. Due to the tight timelines we have in reporting these damages, it’s essential that you report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.

Purchases of custom-made products including non-stocked upholstery are final. Production times are our best estimate and cannot be guaranteed and do not represent grounds for cancellation or compensation.

For all online purchases we are pleased to offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase except for floor models / clearance products, which are all final sale (it is your responsibility to inspect these goods at time of purchase since they are sold "as-is". Re-stocking fees may apply.
